M A Jinnah with his close industrialist friend Ram Kishan Dalmia. Jinnah sold his bunglow 10 - Aurangzeb Road New Delhi to him, he got the bunglow washed with ganga jal ! He had 17 children from 6 wives.Dalmia was the name of his his ancestral village in Haryana.

He was the owner of a big textile industry named Sutlej Textile Mills in Okara which he owned till 1965, He used to visit it quite frequently till then. It was nationalized as enemy property during the 1965 war and was unfortunately destroyed within 10-12 years. It was a huge unit that employed around 6000 workers and was a model industry that looked after its employees very generously.
